The University Club is mixing it up and putting our own spin on Cinco De Mayo this year. We're not open on Saturdays so we've decided to start the party one day early with our Cuatro De Mayo Celebration! Chef Nick has an appetizing spread of traditional Mexican fare for just $20++ per person.

 

Buffet will include:

  • Green Salad with Cilantro Lime Dressing
  • Tomatillo Braised Pork with Roasted Cora & Poblano Salsa
  • Chipotle Garlic Enchilladas
  • Chili Glazed Sweet Potatoes with Cinnamon & Orange

  • Shrimp & Chorizo Tacos
  • Rice and Beans
  • Grilled Bananas with Ice Cream & Cajeta
